Shipping and Order Info
Domestic orders placed on thegoodshirts.com are shipped using OnTrac, USPS, UPS (including UPS Mail Innovations), or DHL.
International orders placed on thegoodshirts.com are shipped using one of the following carriers: OnTrac, DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or a local postal service.
If your order contains multiple items, please kindly note that there is a possibility of split shipments from different print providers and carriers.
The fulfillment times can vary but on average for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies): 1-2 weeks and for non-apparel products (hats, posters, mugs, sweaters): 2–4 weeks.
Please note we are unable to offer expedited shipping and fulfillment services at this time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery times are based on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. The average shipping time can be found below:
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
Standard: 5–20 business days
Please allow up to 2 weeks for US orders to be delivered and 4 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
Shipping costs vary by product and destination. For instance, specialty items outside of t-shirt’s, hats, and fleece products, may incur higher shipping fees due to their size and packaging requirements. Additionally, countries like Iceland, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand often experience higher shipping costs.
T-shirts:
All US orders are shipped with a flat rate of $6.99
All Canadian and Australian shirt orders are shipped with a flat rate of $20.00
All other international orders are shipped with a flat rate of $15. If your order requires shipping through US Customs, shipping is $20.00.

Hats:
All US hat orders are shipped with a flat rate of $9.99.
All International hat orders are shipped with a flat rate of $25.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goodshirts does not cover or assume liability for any customs fees incurred. All charges imposed by your country’s customs office are the customer's responsibility.
To cancel an order please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here. Canceling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. If your order has been marked as processed by the print provider there is a possibility that the provider is unable to cancel your order.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, order changes and item edits can not be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Goodshirts Customer Service team here to request an order change. Please kindly note, order changes will not reflect on your confirmation page or shipping email.
Once your order cancellation is confirmed, please allow up to 8-10 business days for any refunds to process back to your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
If you would like to return your order for a refund or an exchange, please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here.
Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, purchased from thegoodshirts.com, will be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the order was incorrect or damaged.
Please kindly note, only variant and equal item value exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange.
Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for returns to be processed.
Jersey Pre- Order Information
Jerseys are considered a specialty item and are part of a pre-order. Domestic pre-orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to fulfill and another 7 days to ship and deliver. International pre-orders can take up to 7-8 weeks to deliver.

Goodshirts ships to all 50 states as well as APO/FPO addresses, as well as most international countries.
Please kindly note that Goodshirts restricts shipping to certain countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. As of now, we are unable to ship out a jersey to the following destinations:
Israel
Brazil
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran

Domestic (USA) orders that contain jerseys are shipped using USPS.
International orders (rest of the world) that contain jerseys are shipped using USPS International.

Pre-Order Shipping Timelines
Domestic (USA): Pre-orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to fulfill and another 7 days to ship and deliver.
International (rest of the world): Pre-orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to fulfill and another 8-21 days to ship and deliver.
Please note we are unable to offer expedited shipping and fulfillment services at this time and delivery dates can't be guaranteed.

We are able to accommodate shipping address changes up until you receive tracking information to your email.

Cancelations
Order cancelations are only able to be accepted until the pre-order closes. This can vary from 2-5 days from the date of purchase.
To cancel an order please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here. Canceling an order is only possible during ghettos pre-order. If your order has been marked as processed by the vendor , order cancelations can not be guaranteed.
If your order cancelation is confirmed, please allow up to 8-10 business days for any refunds to process back to your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Change Order Requests (size, color, style, type)
Changes to your order like size, color, etc are only able to be accepted until the pre-order closes. This can vary from 2-5 days from the date of purchase. Please note, order changes will not reflect on your original confirmation page or shipping email.

Return To Senders
An order may be returned to the sender for multiple reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Unclaimed packages at customs or delivery points
Refused or returned by the customer upon delivery
Packages unclaimed at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes
If your order is returning to the sender, please reach out to the Goodshirts Customer Service tea here. To receive a reshipment of your order, the original order must first be returned and processed back at the shipping warehouse.
Note that returning mail is lower priority to carriers and it can take some extra time to be returned to the sender.
Damaged/Received Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here for assistance.
Returns/Exchanges

Order Status FAQs
You will receive an email with your order ID and tracking link once shipped. Allow 24-48 hours for courier systems to update.
Changes to size, color, or address are NOT guaranteed once payment is processed. Please contact support immediately.
Return and Exchange FAQs
Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new, unworn condition. Customers pay return postage. Only variant/equal value exchanges are allowed.
Report issues within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Shipping Protection Info
It covers Lost Packages, Stolen Packages (marked delivered but missing), and Damaged Items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days.
Payment FAQs

E-Gift Card Info
Sent via email from [email protected]. They do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be canceled.
